This is the most basic position when riding your partner. Start by facing him, lowering yourself on either side of his body. Once he is inside that's when the fun starts. Remember Kegel exercises? Well now is the perfect time to do them. You can also gently wind your hips from side to side in a circular motion. As you become more comfortable with this position, you'll be able to wind while doing Kegels. Enjoy but play safe...Always!!
