Can I have some...SEX?

How many ways can I say Im NOT interested?

Ok so I just received a text from a man asking me "When can he eat that"... ummm Eww! All I texted him was "Whats up?". Like This is the MAIN reason why Im single and being celibate because all mofos wanna do is smash! I gave dude my number ONLY because he is a bouncer at the club Im having my farewell party. (I have a few under aged ppl I want to get it without being hassled) I already explained that to dude, shoot I thought we had an understanding about what type of (non)friendship we had. So when I got the text I thought he might've had the wrong person, so I wrote back "Umm you do know this is Trist?", his response, "I know who you are and you got what I want!". Double Ewwww! Like really? Why is it that sooooo many of the men I come across are so thirsty? I do speak English, right?

I can appreciate a man being very aggressive and straight forward but... IM NOT INTERESTED! I'm still trying to figure out what VA is doing, so why would I bring another man into the mix? NOPE!!! I just thought it was very odd that he would come out of the blue with 'that' text especially when I never talked about anything sexually with this man,EVER! Is the supply of woman that short that men are NOW willing to put their mouths & Peens on/in anyone, regardless of how long they've known them?

SERIOUSLY?

Lloyd ft. The Dream- I Need Love.mp3 -

I adore this song, and not just because I love lloyd. Im a lil upset though! Lloyd's album are ALWAYS hot!! But he never gets the type of promotion needed to really move units. All he needs is a lot more marketing and I know he could be a bigger success. With three albums already out he should be much more of a star!

Mooda Man

So last week my #2 girl, my niece, Sanaa was sick! I went up to her house to keep her company and take care of her. When she started feeling better we snapped a few photos. Yes she has on my hair net for my braids, but she was dancing and rapping in it, 100% PURE Comedy!

-TJ

she got a mean SHOE GAME!

These are extremely different but thats the point. Im starting to really pick out the shoes with no straps (I have to find the name) but you know how I felt about them! I would hate to be walking and they slip off, argh. But of course they are by Gwen Stefani.

Bbbbbaaallliiinnnn!! . . . Freeballin' that is!

So last night I spent the night at my sisters house in Westchester because my niece wasn't feeling well. So anyway I was supposed to wash out my undies last night before I went to sleep but I forgot. (I was hella tired) I remembered when I was laying out some clothes to wear for today at work. It was too late to wash something out and dry them so I said eff wearing undies!

I don't freeball often but when I do it's very liberating! It's like you don't have anything restraining your movement. I have a friend that hardly ever wears undies. 'Tia' has maybe 10 pairs, if that, and she only wears them when her aunt flow comes for a visit. I have more pairs of underwear than pants and tops combined. Since my undies are the first thing to touch my bare skin I have to make sure they are always on point.

Walking down the corridor to get to the train has me smiling. I feel like I'm in on the biggest secret and no one has the slightest clue! I love it! How about you, Do/Have you gone freeballin'??

Love of my Life

I was talking to my friend Mo and the topic of soulmates/first loves came up. I was asking if there was a set number of how many loves we get. I fell in love with a man and now he's no longer here. I sometimes wonder if I'll ever be able to find someone like Lee. I've since stopped comparing people I'm dating to him because there is no comparison, he was it for me. I thought I was it for him as well, but he took his own life and left me here to fend for myself. At least when we was together no matter how effed up life got we could lean on one another.

Lee was someone who I could talk to about anything! Everything that I want, could want, or hope to want in a man, a friend was in him. I never felt more at home or secured than when I was in his arms. Lee's death brought out so much rage, anger, pain and creativity in myself, more than I ever knew I had. I always wonder if he hadn't died would I be a writer now? What path would my life be today? I stay up late thinking about the different scenarios that couldve happened if I had responded differently. Yes I'm trying not to blame myself for past events but they are always apart of my mental.

So my question still exist, Do we have a set number of loves/soulmates?? -Tristan

The Manicure

I know its been a few days since I've posted any photos about my manicures but thats because I've been too lazy to do my nails. YES!, I was walking around the streets of New York with naked nails. After a week I had, had enough! So last night I gave myself a mani/pedi with the new colors I picked up at storage. I call this creation Tomboy with a twist, Enjoy!

Music Notes

Melanie Fiona

I ran across Melanie Fiona by word of mouth. I saw a few of her photos on my favorite gossip website so I decided to see who she was and what she did. The first song I listen to was 'Give it to me right' which instantly had me dancing in my seat. The beat first of all is so soulful but with a spice of jazz with a touch of the electric guitar! Next song, 'Somebody come get me' which is an has an island touch, it feels like something I would listen to while sitting on a beach sipping a tropical drink. In the song, Melanie is singing about someone coming to get her before she kills her boyfriend because he is cheating with the girl down the street. How many of us women can relate to that?? I know I can!! The next song I played was 'Magic' which had me reminiscing the good times I had in past relationships.

Melanie Fiona, born Melanie Hall, to guyanese immigrant parents, grew up in the inner city of Toronto, Canada. Melanie Fiona says she "Always knew music was her passion." Melanie Fiona opened for Kanye West during his European Tour in '08, which is amazing considering she hasn't released an album yet. Melanie's album The Bridge is slated to be released on Sept.22,09 but I'll try to confirm that date.
All in all I reallllllly love her music! Every song I listened to sounded different but they all showcase her voice in the BEST way. Im very excited to hear what her album is packed with! Much Success to you Melanie Fiona!

Can I have some... SEX?

Hey Folks, I was reminiscing about some of my former 'sexcapes' and was relaying some of my experiences with my friend Amilcar aka my blog manager. I was telling him about one time where I was about to get it in with my then boyfriend but neither of us had a condom. So as I was about to get dressed, he yelled, "Wait, you have a condom on your keys!", long story short we were able to have fun that night. I think while in high school, some of the students who worked in the health department started giving out keyring filled condoms. When I took one I just kept it for decoration purposes, hell I thought they were pretty, never would I think It would actually come in handy.

Do I think they should have been handed out in high school? Of course! Shoot most people start having sex at age 12 which is extremely too early IMO. But I think we have to start thinking realistically. Keyring filled condoms is a discreet way to protect yourself. As I woman I HAVE to protect myself, I cant depend on my partner to bring the raincoats, when Im ready to get wet! (Laughing)

Simply Black & White

I've always been observant but lately I've been stuck in the world of my own mind. I honestly don't see one thing wrong with a biracial couple. You love who you love PERIOD! Society sets some weird as$ standards, and what are rules if nothing more than guidelines made to be broken. I've dated more than black men, because color isn't what 'attracts' me. Every man brings something different to the table. How can you experience life stuck on a box? Don't get me wrong I love my black men but I'm not scared to venture out and try new flavors!

I remember dating the whitest white dude ever but yet he treated me well. It wasn't about being his token black girl, to take home to mom and dad to pist off but I was just someone who he was interested in and vice versa. 'Zack' took me to Boston and showed me things I may not have found on my own. The point is you have to get out of your comfort zone. It actually makes me mad when I hear people being disrespectful to a biracial couple. What business is it of yours what they do behind closed doors. While being with 'Zack' I experienced first hand some of the ignorant things that black men will say. And being the person that I am I would (9 times out of 10) reply with a smile and a 'Fukc you'.

It's now 2009 and yes people are alot more tolerant however Kanye said it best 'racism is still ALIVE they just be concealing it'.

Entitlement

I'm not understanding why people feel they are entitled to certain things. True if u do something nice for someone you obviously would like them to return the favor and equally do something nice for you. However you should never do anything because you are expecting something in return. Anything I do is because I genuinely want to do it. It's not, ok I'll lend you a hand but I'm going to always remember this and when I need you I don't want to hear you can't do it.

I feel siblings have ish all confused as well. Yes your sister should want to babysit every now and then but you can't expect them to be your on call babysitter. They have lives too and they can decline to watch YOUR kid. It's not and will never be their responsibility unless they choose to make it so. As much as you would love their help, they have to know you appreciate what they are doing. It becomes especially tricky if they are living 'under' your roof. If you make rules that they need to follow, which you will, they can still decline to take care of your seed. The reality is your child is your responsibility and you can't get mad at anyone for not wanting to put their lives on hold for you. It does suck especially if you have helped them in the past, however you can't expect people to the things you've done for them. They aren't you, accept it and move on.

Fresh...Dope...Live...

For some reason I really like The Cool Kids... I've been listening to their songs for the past few months, and I really enjoy that they bring something new to the musical table.
-Tristan Jonez

Break it
Bop it
Niggas beat-boxin'

[Verse 1:]
I do what I do like I do it for TV
I guess what I'm doin' I'm doin' to keep the...
Shoes on my feet sweeter than sweet peas
So you sucker MC's really can't out-step me
I grab 'em like I rock 'em from 9-5
Self employed, kickin' [? ] is my hobby and job
Easy rock be's with bass, ladies callin me Rob
Bass, bass, bass, bass
I'm on my '88 shit
Cuban link chains and Gezel frame lens
Guess Jeans, stone-washed
Rockin' top 10 beats
Flickin' on my fit
I got my foot lookin like a '88 draft pick
Is that sick? It gets sicker than the flu
And sir, you came to pretend I'm [? ]
Attain you a class on how to be cool
And in fact, I'm the superintendent of the school
Uh, yeah and I'm back on my job
I press and twist knobs
Just to make your head nod
All you wack rappers need to keep your day job
And my work here is done, I'm a take the day off

[Chorus:] Do the smurf, Do the wop, Baseball bat
Rooftop, like I'm bringin '88 back
Do the smurf, Do the wop, Baseball bat
Rooftop, like I'm bringin '88 back
(Smurf it, Wop it, at the bus stop and)
(Break it, Bop it, Niggas beat-boxin)
Do the smurf, Do the wop, Baseball bat
Rooftop, like I'm bringin '88 back
(Smurf it, Wop it, at the bus stop and)
(Break it, Bop it, Niggas beat-boxin)
Do the smurf, Do the wop, Baseball bat
Rooftop, like I'm bringin '88 back

[Verse 2:]
We know who this be, it's me, no secrets
Stuck to the beat and glued to the sequence
Igloos [? ] than we is
You can catch us walkin on the weekend
While you awkwardly breathin
From all the second hand smoke
Nigga, you a square
Lit you at the tip, blow it in the air
We don't play fair
And that's a fact
Separate the people from the squares
Like a nicotine patch
Lookie here, quite honestly (that just made no sense)
You're gonna have to pardon me
I'm a modern day fly machine
Yes sir, that's absurd
But the best word to describe would be "ah"
Piffed, mad as me
Which hand is free?
Shake the one that is and I gotta handle my biz
Until I got the achin ribs
Salute to all them scally-wags and fresh kids, yes

[Chorus]
[Verse 3:]
We can dance if you wanna (80s thing, idk where he got that line from)
We can leave your friends behind
Cause if your friends don't dance
And if they don't dance
Then they ain't no friends of mine
Yo, it just hit me
I'm the fresh prince
And that means I'm Will (as in WIll Smith from Fresh Prince of Bel-Air)
And I chill with the chicks
In the week on the real
It might feel like a kick in the back
From gorillas, but chill that's the skill that I pack (sounds weird but that what he
said, improvement from [? ])
Yes son, you need to rock while I do the wop
Old schoolers bop cooler while we movin through the spot
Dancin through the roof '88 frames on Adidas track suit
Ask who? Be quiet when the game's on (relates to the next line about championships)
Cause I'm in champion ship
And I going through time in my championship
We cannot fall
So I'm leaving you with these 3 words
Yes, yes ya'll

[Chorus:]
Do the smurf, Do the wop, Baseball bat
Rooftop, like I'm bringin '88 back
Do the smurf, Do the wop, Baseball bat
Rooftop, like I'm bringin '88 back
(Smurf it, Wop it, at the bus stop and)
(Break it, Bop it, Niggas beat-boxin)
Do the smurf, Do the wop, Baseball bat
Rooftop, like I'm bringin '88 back
(Smurf it, Wop it, at the bus stop and)
(Break it, Bop it, Niggas beat-boxin)
Do the smurf, Do the wop, Baseball bat
Rooftop, like I'm bringin '88 back

Smurf it, Wop it, at the bus stop and
Break it, Bop it, Niggas beat-boxin
Smurf it, Wop it, at the bus stop and
Break it, Bop it, Niggas beat-boxin

Where'd you cop them?

These are Nike Air Total Max Uptempo and I think they are kinda hot. A few months ago I saw people rocking them in black/green and I fell in love. My bff Jeff told me he used to have a pair when he was in high school (He's 24 now) They retail at about 160$, but I think they're worth it! If you want to know more information about them go to (http://nicekicks.com/2009/08/nike-air-total-max-uptempo-white-midnight-navy/)

Ya Momma didnt TEACH you?

Hey People,
So I'm on metro north going to Tuckahoe road to see my niece. Anyway a woman with two small children get on the train and out of all the men on the train, NONE stand up. So I stand up so she can sit comfortably with her kids. The man across from me then has the nerve to try to rap to me. I just couldn't resist telling him about himself. I told him that he is a poor excuse for a man since he couldn't even offer his seat. There were plenty of single seats that he could've moved to easily. Im sick of people, men especially, not having common courtesy. Theres no reason why I should have to get up, if your more than able to do the same. As I rejected his advances for me, I gave him the finger and told him to fu*k off as I got off the train. Next time he'll understand his actions have consequences and he'll live right.

she got a mean SHOE GAME!

Im a little on the fence about these shoes made by Fergie, however I do think my opinion could be swayed in either direction depending on how they look on my actual feet. Still, I believe with the right top the shoes will still command attention.

This was my first time actually going out to a twenty one and over club while in Bmore. Remember the last time I was there I was 20! So we went out to Red Maple and I enjoyed myself greatly. The decor is to die for, except they have too many steps, when Im drunk I cant see that well. (LOL) Im going to see if I can find photos of the club so you can get a sense of what its like inside.

(Live in Bmore) Flawless?

Have you ever met someone who had what you thought was everything you needed? Good job, education, nice apartment, fabulous sneaker collection etc plus treated like the queen you were made to be? Could you overlook certain 'standards' you'd penned for yourself as to the perfect man? If no, then could your standards possibly be to high and a hindrance? And in no way are you perfect, so someone who cares enough will deal with their perception of your flaws so why couldn't you? Okay so here's my question, Could you overlook a KEY flaw if everything else was on point?

(Live in Bmore) My Poota Pie

(Live in Bmore) I've Arrived

When I got to Bmore, I really felt at home. Even at 7am, the air smelled different, the vibe is different, the people are different. I realized just how long I had been away, and it caused my heart to hurt. I hadnt been 'home' in three years, and thats a long time to be away from people whom you really love. I just hope it doesnt take me another three years to go back.

Man On The Moon (The Anthem) - KiD CuDi

You all already know how I feel about Kid Cudi on a personal level but this song was one of the song that helped me deal with some of the negative energy I was going thru at the time. Im so ready for his album to drop, and you better not bootleg it!! Support the artist!!!

I never gave a fuck
I never a fuck about what niggas thought about me
I mean I did but like fuck it yummzsayin
You gon' love me man

V1
They can't comprehend
They even come close to understanding him
I guess if I was borin they would love me more
Guess if I was simple in the mind
Everything would be fine
Maybe if I was jerk to girls
Instead of being nice and speakin kind words
Then maybe it would be ok to say then
I wasn't a good guy to begin with

HOOK
But my mind is all crazy, crazy, crazy, crazy...
They got me thinkin I aint human,
Like I came in from above, above, above, above...
Feelin like a airplane in the sky
But then they say I'm crazy, crazy, crazy, crazy...
They got me thinkin I aint human,
Like I came in from above, above, above, above...
Feelin like a bird sittin high high

CHORUS
I be that man on the moon
I'm that man on the moon
And imma do what I do so
Do you hey hey
I be posted with my blunt and a brew my dude
I'm that man on the moon
I'm up up on the moon

V2
Close my eyes, hide in the dark
It's a curtain call, come one come all
All I do is try to make it simple
The ones that make it complicated
Never get congradulated
I'm somethin different in all aspects
Don't want a woman just to love her assets
I Still wife her up even with her flat chest
The type to get hurt
But that's the past tense

HOOK
My mind is all hazy, hazy, hazy, hazy...
I be thinkin that I'm wrong,
Cuz they used to call me lame, lame, lame, lame...
My swag was a little different
But then my mind is hazy, hazy, hazy, hazy...
I be thinkin that I'm wrong,
But they the ones who lame, lame, lame, lame...
I got the last laugh nigga

CHORUS
I be that man on the moon
I'm that man on the moon
And imma do what I do so
Do you hey hey

The Manicure

I think Im really starting to feel myself, especially when it comes to this nail ish. Im still working on my designs but in the next coming weeks I want to start experimenting with tips and acrylics. (In my mind) Thinking of names for my nail & makeup salon, Beauty Bar is the top choice but I want/need something more creative. Any Ideas?

Randomness

-Why is the chick sitting next to me bag the same print as her sweater? Do we really have to be so matchy matchy?
-Why do Cosmo's taste so damn GOOD?
-How come I attract the craziest people? Woman included? Do I have a sign on my forehead that says I'm that mentally stable? No!
-Tell me how my first boyfriend in Bmore is really trying to holla again? Am I wrong for thinking about what could have been? But hesitant to relive the past?
-Im tired of being taking advantage of when I do a good deed. A simple thank you will suffice.
-Umm If I don't answer your call the first three times you call, do u really think I'm going to answer that block call? Fukc outta here
-Is my butt getting bigger cuz ALL my American eagle panties (M) are always in my bum? My bum getting bigger is bad cuz now I have to buy all NEW panties!!
-Is being bisexual the new black and if so are str8 people out of style?

Can I have some... SEX?

To be or not to be celibate?

After my break up in October, I considered exploring my option of being celibate. I was not ready for dating or a relationship plus I wasn't into casual sex so being celibate seemed like the way to go. I honestly believe sex complicates friendships. The focus should not be on sex but on what compliments friends, such as building a stronger bond. Alot of emphasis is put on sex, which can break a bond. However how strong was the bond if it was broken because sex was sub par? Alot of time men are so in a hurry to bed a female that whats your HIV/STD status didn't even have a chance of being asked. I wanted more from a man! I wanted the guarantee that he was interested in me, my intellect, my passion as a writer, my future goals, etc. I just don't think i could have that guarantee as long as i was having sex w/ them. I honestly don't care, in fact I encourage any guys Im seeing to have sex with other people. NO I don't need a full report unless I ask for one. This way I would know you was only interested in who I am as a person rather than what I could offer you.

The Manicure

I gave myself a manicure RIGHT before I left to go to Bmore. I didn't realize I already had done this color pattern but I added a french manicure to my ring fingers. I'm on the lookout for violet hues, thats my color for fall. Enjoy!

TJ

According to Jonez

Dear Jonez,
I've been celibate for a year due to the lack in eligible bachelors. I was tired of allowing men to be physically stimulated while failing to mentally stimulate me. Anyway I've been dating a great guy who I see an actual future with. "Todd" doesn't pressure me for sex however he does know that Im practicing celibacy. I want to cement our courtship but how will I know he'll stay after he hits it?
-Celibate in the Windy City

Dear Celibate in the Windy City,
I commend you on being and remaining celibate. Your body is a temple, and not everyone deserves entry inside. "Todd" seems like a gentleman... or he could be a pretender. Just playing a game to see if he can actually bed you. However the signs are there to determine which one he is.
Does he do little thing to let you know he cares?
Does he acknowledge and puts your needs before his own?
Is he willing to try new things based on your suggestion?
Does he include you in his plans willingly and without pre though?
Have you been introduced to those closest to him including his parents?
Most importantly are you happy?

Celibate in the windy city, I guess you have to make sure both of you are on the same page, so communication should be key. Do you want to be in a relationship with "Todd" before or after it turns sexual. Before you do anything find out exactly what he want and that should determine whether or not you should become intimate with him. Keep me posted with that.

Music Notes

Janelle Monae

I was browsing the Internet for new music and I ran across Janelle Monae, and I think I've fallen in love! I cant explain how refreshing it was to find an artist who is so far left it makes it right. Some artists mold a certain look & feel and they can fall into boxes, which can limit their growth. I see great things for Janelle Monae! I can picture her doing a multiple of genre's and that excites the hell out of me. Is she R&B, possibly. Is she neo soul, most likely. Is she hip hop, if she wanted to be, she is a very versatile artist. However I'm not surprised to see her performing in a GAP commercial or any other commercial that would appeal to the general masses. Yes we can be 'shallow' & 'superficial' however if you beyond her 'imagery' and listen to the music I guarantee you will be hooked. I'll be sure to stop by Best Buy to pick up her most current album. If your in pursuit of good music I suggest Janelle Monae! -Jonez

Janelle Monae is so weird, that it makes you take notice. After you hear a song, you are officially hooked, trust me! I really enjoy listening to her songs, hopefully she'll be released from the Bad Boy label and then she will really take her career far! I'll def be on the look out for her and you should too.

I-I-I-I'm an alien from outer space (outer space)
I'm a cybergirl without a face, a heart, or a mind

On the run cause they hate our ways and chase my kind

And I think to myself
(Impossibly, they're gunning for me)
Wait, it's impossible
Now they're gunning for me (and the police are after you)
And now they're after you (For loving, too)

And all the sirens go dooodooo
(Sirens go doodoodooodoo doodooodoodoooo...)
Doodooooo doodoooo doodooooo
Ohhh baby! Ooh, you know the rules
I love you and I won't take no for an answer

They say that Violet Stars will set you free (set you free)
When you're running lost and alone (Follow them down)
Up Neon Valley streets (up Neon Valley streets)

But fall in love and they're coming to getcha
Who knew 10 men with guns were at the door (at the door)
The droid control?! (the Droid Control... The Droid CONTROL!?!!)

Wait, that's impossible that they're gunning for me (and now the police are after you)
And now they're after you (for loving, too)
Baby, I hear the sirens go dooodooooo
(Sirens go doodoodooodoo doodooodoodoooo...)
Doodooooo doodoooo doodooooo
Come on Baby, 'cause here they come now (You know the rules)

[[ [Sounds of escaping]

A Mini Vaca!

So tonight I'm going to finish packing for my mini trip back home. I'm over packing like usual, its a habit. I have to make sure that I have everything I could possibly want to wear, even If I don't end up wearing it. I'm just excited to finally be going back home... I'm in desperate need of a reality check. I need to go back to a place when I KNOW my friends are Real, and my family loves me. Not this phony bull*ish I've been dealing with lately. I'm going to do my best to actually write but theres stuff on here for you to read while I'm away. Most likely when I come back I'll do for the week a "Live from Bmore" but we'll see how everything goes.

Enjoy your weekend & Have a drink for me!

These remind me of the Chanel shoes Beyonce wore in Obsession, they also wore shown on the billboard for the movie as well. I like the hue of blue that was used alot, their made by Paris Hilton, who also makes a mean perfume! They retail at about 95$. you can find them here (http://www.heels.com/womens-shoes/senorita-blue-patent.html)

Daddy's Lil Monster!! (ARGH)

I was supposed to blog about this yesterday but I was so caught up in new artist Suai (I'll write about her soon) that I forgot to.

Anyway my dad sent me a text early morning yesterday saying "Follow your dreams, love dad." That ish bugged me out so much that I had to reread it twice and send him a reply saying "Is this my dad?" (Laughing)But seriously this was the very FIRST time my dad has openly supported my decision to write since I told him I was serious about writing. At first I thought my dad just wanted me to follow in the plan that he had set for myself but as I get older and understand him better, I guess he stayed neutral just in case this writing ish didn't work out for me. I'm assuming the move to Los Angeles lets him know I'm very serious about my career and this is the ultimate way to show him. I've always been private especially when it came to my father. I've always been guarded because my father is known to flip things to his advantage. So when it came to my writing, I kept just how passionate I was about it because I didn't want him to feel like it was a passing fad.

In the past Ive told other family members what I wanted to do and I didn't get their full support either and i think that's what eventually led to that (dream) demise. So with writing being much closer and more personal, I took my time letting everyone get to know me as a writer. Now that I'm so knee deep into the game, a person approval doesn't really matter. I know I'm talented, or better yet, I believe I'm talented and I can only get better with time.

But when I got that text from my dad actually encouraging me I knew then I had to hit the ground running. Its like WOW its not just about following my dreams but its about showing him that all my hard work wasn't for nothing. He also revealed that he once had a dream but 'life' got in the way and he never went back to make his dreams come true. I honestly don't ever want to be that girl. You know? That girl who journeys back in her mind remembering things she couldve done if she hadn't been so afraid to do them.I want to be like hell yea I have no regrets or what ifs, I did what I thought was the right thing for me at the time. If something doesn't work out there is always a lesson to be learned!

I want to put myself in a position to where I can help others. My dad is a writer as well, or he used to be, he believes my writing talent comes from him and he could possibly be right. When I first told him about my wanting to write he let me read through his portfolio of poetry, some of which was very emotional but good. I know one of the first things I'm going to do when I'm able to, is try and get my dad's poetry published. What kinds of daughter would I be if I didn't? (Smile)

Kegel Exercise! Ladies learn how to do them and use them!

Every woman should practice Kegel exercises. Its extremely easy to learn how to do them & the benefits of knowing how to do them are endless. How to do them, the easiest was for me to describe you know when you have to pee you contract your pelvis? Well thats a kegel exercise! Just contract your pelvic muscles and hold for a few seconds then release. Since its impossible for anyone to know your actually doing them, you can do them anywhere at anytime. Kegel exercises helps to tighten & strengthen your vagina. By contracting the muscles your working with your body to restore your vagina to how it used to be when you was a virgin.

I always hear men talk about the tightness of a vagina. 9 times out of 10, they'll prefer a tight 'hole' compared to a loose one. My bff had me rolling when describing one of his sexcapades. He said he was about to have sex with a female but upon entering her he realized she didnt have any walls. It instantly turned him off! Overtime I believe the vagina looses elasticity so kegel excerises helps to restore it. Yes theres a surgical procedure that restores 'walls' however kegel's are free!! Shoot as I write this entry Im doing kegel's (Too much information?)

As you learn how to do them, you'll learn how to control them. A benefit of kegel is you can do them anywhere. Heres something to try, the next time your having sex...

*Missionary:
When you partner is about to enter you, do a kegel exercise. So what your doing it right before he enters you contract pelvic muscles. Its going to give him an incredible sensation.
*Riding him:
Once you have a rhythm going do kegels when you go down, when you bounce back up stop. Everytime you go down do kegels but only for a few strokes because they are very tiring.

In men, doing Kegel Exercises can help to stop and prevent Erectile dysfunction. It can also help build stamina for the peen preventing unwanted ejaculation and a bigger overall feel. These exercises could even produce multiple orgasms!

Happy Exercising!

DreamKillers by Kanye

They gossipin, it runs the city, they don’t know who watchin them
When they comin to get me, so I hit the block and bend
Do about 60, and I put my glocks to them, like blaow blaow blaow

[Verse 1]
Im finna to get on this TV and put shit down
I aint finna let these lights skinned niggaz come back in style
Im finna turn to this class clown, shit to crazy g's
They told my momma I was bipolar had A.D.D.
I told em, w-what I wanna do, I wanna be a baller
The dream spoilers'll fool ya
Hatin on you to they mans on the corners
Old folks said he‘d never make it off the corner
They are the virus that corrupts the soul
They are the cubic zirconia inside the 10 karat gold
That get green on ya, when you get green on em
You gotta wash ya hands of em, get clean on em
Somebody told success is the best revenge
So they gon be fucked up when you do ya thing on em
Now hold ya plaques high, like who woulda thought
And tell em *ahem ahem ahem*, thank you for your no support

[Chorus 2]
They are the dreamkillers, they the dreamkillers
Who know a dream, uh they are the dream (killer Norman Bates)
They the dreamkillers, they the dreamkillers
Dream, they are the dream (killer Norman Bates)

[Verse 2]
Now how you gonna talk about the way I spend my money
Everybody say it with me now, it’s my money
And they know they hatin, but what they don’t know is
They are my motivation, they are my inspiration
Cuz we the leaders, and they the followers
And we the nut busters, and they the swallowers
They are the rumors, they are the lies
We are the shit dog, and they the flies
How you gon tell me how to live my life
And you can’t even get your own shit tight, right
They are the misery that loves company
Cuz that comfortable corporate job can’t comfort me
Told em I finished school, then I started my own business
They said “Oh you graduated?” No I decided I was finished
Chasin yall dreams and what you got planned
Now I spit it so hot you got tanned
And they hate on your relationship, then break your marriage up
Can’t kill ya dreams so they assassinate your character
Do anything to downplay ya or embarrass ya
Come around wit ya but they aint down wit ya
They the dreamkillers

[Verse 3]
And I’m through spittin these rappers my most heartfelt flow
They be like “That’s cool, you got some beats for me tho”
Oh I get it, you wanna be Snoop and Dr. Dre
But don’t nobody give a FUCK what you got to say
Anyway what you finna rap about?
You never sold crack out ya house or put a gat to a mouth
Or put ya fist to ya spouse, so how you gon move the crowd?
I bet a thousand that you get booed out
I even heard that they even takin wages in jail
They bet ten boxes of cigarettes that I’m finna fail
Second you talk about peace, they gon be like “Peace”
This nigga came from the Chi, moved to the east
You gotta kill at least one person at least
Or we’ll evict you from the rap game, cancel your lease
How you go to New York, what you aint never took a tour there?
What you aint know you gotta be rich just to be poor there?
The dreamkillers

Can I have some...SEX?

Dont talk about it, be about it!

I've never been a fan of talking about what I can or will do sexually. First, sex isnt important to me without some sort of connection to you. Second I love to surprise men, plus I've just never been one to 'talk'. Everything I tell you, if I choose to say anything at all, is what Im capable of. From experience men who tell me what they are gonna do end up NOT doing sh!t. My favorite is when men tell me they are going to 'put it on me' and 'that their gonna break my little self'. The opposites happens, I do my thing and I put it on you!

Hyping yourself can build the anticipation but you have to follow through. I remember when I was younger, I had this off and on relationship with a guy however while we were dating I wasn't ready for sex. So yrs later we got the chance.... and it was WACK!! Sh!t was over before it began (Laughing)The point Im making is don't talk about what your going to do, or how your going to do it. Like Nike, just do it!

The Manicure

On Monday I finally found some time to do my manicure, and it came out so dope!! I call it the Ms Piggy and Kermit the frog. Im actually doing french manicures with all of my future manicures because practice makes perfect. Its funny because the lines I make with my left hand are better than my right hand and Im RIGHT HANDED! Anyway Enjoy!

According to Jonez

Does a man having multiple kids by different woman raise any red flags for you, his potiential next woman (victim)?

Dear Jonez,
My man has eight kids by six different women, two of whom are ex wives. I do care about him but eight kids are a bit overwhelming. My man is a great father, that much I can confirm but since he has so many failed relationship should I be worried?
-I really want my man

Dear I really want my man,
Sometimes the things we want for ourselves, is not always the best choice. Because your man has 8 kids and has been married and divorced twice doesn't just raise red flags it screams "RUN don't t just walk away". What was it that made all his relationships fail? I strongly suggest before you meet the kiddies or even have sex with him, you get to know him throughly. Find out all you can about him from him to determine if you're even that interested. If you are still 'his woman' decide on the things you would like to build with him. Do you want kids? Would his kids be accepted by you and your family? Would you want to get Married? Would he? I think before it gets serious questions like the ones above need to be asked and answered.
