Every woman should practice Kegel exercises. Its extremely easy to learn how to do them & the benefits of knowing how to do them are endless. How to do them, the easiest was for me to describe you know when you have to pee you contract your pelvis? Well thats a kegel exercise! Just contract your pelvic muscles and hold for a few seconds then release. Since its impossible for anyone to know your actually doing them, you can do them anywhere at anytime. Kegel exercises helps to tighten & strengthen your vagina. By contracting the muscles your working with your body to restore your vagina to how it used to be when you was a virgin.
I always hear men talk about the tightness of a vagina. 9 times out of 10, they'll prefer a tight 'hole' compared to a loose one. My bff had me rolling when describing one of his sexcapades. He said he was about to have sex with a female but upon entering her he realized she didnt have any walls. It instantly turned him off! Overtime I believe the vagina looses elasticity so kegel excerises helps to restore it. Yes theres a surgical procedure that restores 'walls' however kegel's are free!! Shoot as I write this entry Im doing kegel's (Too much information?)
As you learn how to do them, you'll learn how to control them. A benefit of kegel is you can do them anywhere. Heres something to try, the next time your having sex...
*Missionary:
When you partner is about to enter you, do a kegel exercise. So what your doing it right before he enters you contract pelvic muscles. Its going to give him an incredible sensation.
*Riding him:
Once you have a rhythm going do kegels when you go down, when you bounce back up stop. Everytime you go down do kegels but only for a few strokes because they are very tiring.
In men, doing Kegel Exercises can help to stop and prevent Erectile dysfunction. It can also help build stamina for the peen preventing unwanted ejaculation and a bigger overall feel. These exercises could even produce multiple orgasms!
Happy Exercising!
